Health-Tech

MoyoCare OS

A health-tech platform for patient data, scheduling, clinic coordination, and care operations across Zambian clinics.

Problem

Many clinic workflows still depend on manual records, disconnected communication, and limited visibility into patient journeys. MoyoCare is designed as infrastructure for clinical coordination.

My Role

Software Architect & Full-Stack Engineer shaping the early architecture, data model, and mobile workflows, built under Depar Technologies.

Outcomes
Mapped the early product scope around patient records, appointment flows, and clinic operations.
Defined architecture priorities for privacy, auditability, offline tolerance, and mobile-first use.
Positioned the platform as reusable health infrastructure rather than a single clinic app.
Architecture Decisions
01

Treat patient data, access logs, and permissions as first-class architecture concerns.

02

Design for real-world clinic constraints including mobile devices and inconsistent connectivity.

03

Keep scheduling and care coordination modular so clinics can adopt the platform gradually.
